Amber Fischer – Senior Scientist
Amber is the designer and creative leader in the vision analytic technologies at 21CSi. Her research is also in the fields of artificial intelligence, evolutionary algorithms, and biologically inspired computation. She has actively published in the field of vision intelligence. Since joining 21st Century Systems, Inc., Amber has led several Department of Defense projects focusing on development of leading edge video analytics for mobile platforms and sensor fusion and intelligent decision support for large multi-modal sensor networks as well as authored several award winning proposals to the Department of Defense. Amber holds a PhD in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri-Rolla (now Missouri University of Science and Technology)
Robert Woodely – Senior Scientist
Bob has a lead role in software intelligent agent and autonomous systems, as well as, complex data mining and analysis. He’s designed and help build several cutting-edge technologies using the latest innovative techniques. Bob has authored several award winning proposals for the DOD in the fields of causal data mining methods and intelligent systems. He has authored papers published in national conference proceedings including the Army Science Conference, the American Control Conference (ACC), the Conference on Decision and Control (CDC), among other IEEE conferences. Bob was an adjunct professor with the University of Missouri – Rolla before joining with 21CSi. Bob has industry experience working for IBM, McDonnell Douglas, and the DOD. Bob holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri – Rolla (now Missouri University of Science and Technology)
